Parties and responsibilities for the processing of your personal data

Why do we process your personal data?

In order for TCP to carry out its activities, personal data is processed for various purposes linked to to the business. TCP exists for its customers and skiers, which means that personal data will will be processed in order to carry out the activities of TCP.

1. Data / personal data in TCP's activities

TCP only uses personal information that we receive directly from you, either when you rent equipment at the facility, apply for and receive a season pass or season ticket at the facility, or rent space in TCP's boarding facilities.

We use the following data:

  • Name and address of sender and recipient
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address

If you are a customer who is billed for a booking or other service that you ordered from TCP, it is the same personal data above, which is stored in our billing system.

As you can imagine, we need this information so that we have a basis for rented equipment to be returned, as for season tickets, season passes or booking of the facility, a basis for accounting/accounting for season tickets etc., which is governed by the Accounting Act.

2. Security

Any information you give us is protected so that no unauthorised person can access it. We never share share information with other companies. However, your information above may be used by SAVK - Stockholm-Arlanda Vattensport Klubb for membership registration, competition license application and the like purposes. 3. Storage time

Pre-rental documents are only kept for a short time and are thrown away weekly. If you wish, you can then obtain the rental form in return when returning the rented equipment. The information is not stored on computer media.

Documents/records for season tickets and season passes are stored on computer media for three years, after which the data deleted, unless we are required by law to keep them longer. For example, the accounting law requires that we keep records of payment information for seven years, which means that personal data on invoices will be kept for the same period.

4. Does TCP share personal data?

TCP does not generally share personal data with outside parties, but may need to share personal data with other organisations within the sports movement, such as SAVK, SVWF (Swedish Water Ski and Wakeboard Association), the Swedish Sports Confederation, district sports associations and/or special sports federations, in order to fulfil our obligations towards you who wish to become a member in a racing association and wish to obtain a competition licence.

SAVK may share your personal data with SVWF - who may in turn share this with third parties country if you enter an internationally ranked competition, competition in a third country or otherwise represent the Federation internationally. If for any other reason the Federation shares your personal data with third countries, you will be specifically informed of this.

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, used for profiling, or direct marketing.

5. Update of privacy policy

TCP will conduct an annual assessment of the purpose of the processing of personal data is still being processed. If the purposes for processing the personal data do not continue the data will be deleted.

You can exercise your rights at any time by requesting access and rectification or erasure of personal data - provided this does not violate other legal requirements such as the Accounting Act, request restriction of processing or object to processing.
